Foi um dia
bem calminho pois não foi a correria do costume! Mas amanhã volta a azáfama do
costume. Lá vou eu malhar para o ginásio, verdade seja dito só me faz bem,
tanto ao corpo como à mente!

Today I leave you here the details of the day ...
It was a good day because it was not calming down the rush of
costume! But tomorrow back to the usual bustle. There I go to the gym to work
out, truth be told just makes me well both the body and the mind!
